C.C. Cárdenas

Courtney Chevreaux Cárdenas is a fifth generation Texan. She received her Bachelor
of Arts degree with a major in Spanish Literature from the University of Oklahoma.
Courtney studied in Puebla, México and also lived in Cozumel, México. A former teacher,
she has always wanted to write children’s books and now that her children are older
she finally has the time! A huge animal lover, Courtney is also an avid equestrian. She
is happiest spending time with her family or in the mountains.
